端基封尾和單體鍵合降低了不同批次色譜柱間的差異性。端基封尾硅羥基的所占比例比使用其他材料形成穩(wěn)定鍵合相要大。端基封尾會(huì)因?yàn)樗舛Вx擇性卻變化很小，因?yàn)榉馕颤c(diǎn)所占整個(gè)固定相的比例很小。

奧泰 Adsorbosphere® CN-AQ 柱是氰基固定相，主要用于分離三環(huán)的抗抑郁藥（TCA’s）。

Adsorbosphere® HS 柱

Adsorbosphere ® HS 能耐腐蝕性的流動(dòng)相。高密度鍵合到高表面積的球形硅膠上， C18 碳覆蓋率達(dá)到 20% 。這種不易被水浸潤(rùn)的固定相保護(hù)了硅膠不會(huì)被腐蝕性流動(dòng)相所破壞，如象離子對(duì)試劑和緩沖鹽，從而延長(zhǎng)了柱子的使用壽命，對(duì)有機(jī)化合物有很高的選擇性。
